This mat has a nice thickness to it, and wipes down easily. The snap corners help contain the dirt, and I like that it stores easily with it's own strap. My only suggestion would be to have a larger option as well. This is a great size for small and medium houseplants, but it would be amazing to have a super large one for bigger house plants since those are even harder to move to another area where you can be messy.
