Brand Representation

Affiliates must accurately represent their relationship with Eartheasy. Promotional content should be clear, professional, and free from spelling errors, misleading statements, or inaccurate claims regarding pricing, discounts, or promotions.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all deals, offers, and campaign messaging reflect current promotions and are removed promptly once expired.

Affiliates may not use language that implies an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship, including phrases such as “official site,” “authorized wholesaler,” or similar claims.

Cookie Policy

Eartheasy follows a last-click attribution model. Referral credit is awarded to the final eligible marketing channel or website that directs the customer prior to purchase. Tracking cookies are subject to standard campaign and referral tracking rules.

Search Engine Marketing

Affiliates may not bid on Eartheasy trademarks, brand name variations, or misspellings on major search engines, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Yahoo Search Marketing. This restriction also applies to combinations of trademarked terms with additional keywords.

Paid search ads on major search engines must direct users to the affiliate’s own website. Direct linking to Eartheasy.com from paid search ads is not permitted. Redirects are also not allowed.

Affiliates may not run Google Display Network ads (text, image, video, or rich media) that link directly to Eartheasy.com. Display campaigns are permitted only when traffic first lands on the affiliate’s own site.

Acceptance Criteria
Affiliate applications are reviewed based on factors such as:

• Relevance and quality of content
  
• Website design, usability, and maintenance
  
• Audience size and engagement (including social platforms)
  
• Brand alignment with Eartheasy
  

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the affiliate management team.

Comparison Shopping Engines

Affiliates may not submit Eartheasy product data feeds to third-party comparison shopping platforms (including, but not limited to, Google Shopping, PriceGrabber, Shopping.com, or similar services) without prior written approval.

Coupon, Discount & Trademark SEO Restrictions

Affiliates may not create, publish, or optimize webpages, content, or metadata that target Eartheasy trademarked terms in combination with “coupon,” “promo code,” “discount code,” “deals,” “offers,” or similar language without prior written approval.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pages titled or optimized for phrases such as “Eartheasy discount code,” “Eartheasy promo code,” or similar variations
  
• Search engine optimization (SEO) efforts designed to rank for Eartheasy branded discount-related keywords
  
• Publishing or promoting unauthorized, expired, misleading, or fabricated discount codes
  

Affiliates may only promote active, approved offers provided directly by Eartheasy and must present them accurately.

Eartheasy reserves the right to withhold commissions generated through unauthorized coupon or discount-related traffic.

Affiliates may not register domain names, subdomains, or social handles that include “Eartheasy” or confusingly similar variations.

Eartheasy reserves the right to disqualify commissions from traffic deemed to be intercepting brand-intent search traffic.

Pop-Up, Pop-Under, Re-Directs and Software

Affiliates may not use pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, or similar tactics that automatically direct users to Eartheasy.com unless expressly approved in writing.

The use of malicious software, unauthorized browser extensions, or other deceptive technologies is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program.

Spam and Electronic Messages

Affiliates conducting email marketing must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and other relevant regulations. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining proper consent and unsubscribe mechanisms.

Content Standards

Eartheasy does not permit its brand to appear alongside content that is adult-oriented, obscene, harmful, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Affiliates are expected to maintain a brand-safe environment wherever Eartheasy content appears.

Communication & Compliance

Eartheasy is committed to building strong affiliate partnerships and providing ongoing support. Affiliates are expected to comply with these guidelines at all times. Questions regarding acceptable practices should be directed to the affiliate team before launching campaigns.

Enforcement & Termination

Eartheasy reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions, suspend tracking, or remove an affiliate from the program if these guidelines are violated. If an issue arises, the affiliate will be notified and provided details regarding the breach prior to account action whenever possible.

Commission Structure & Tracking Updates

Eartheasy may revise commission rates, payment terms, bonus structures, and cookie duration at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to transactions occurring after the effective date of the update. Participation in the affiliate program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
