Taking care of your GreenStalk planter becomes that much easier with the watering system! Each kit includes enough components to set up a 5 Tier Original or 7 Tier Leaf planter.

While the watering system allows you to water from your hose spigot, you could add on your favorite timer to control how often your plants are watered and further automate this garden chore. This kit can be used with the Greenstalk bases, but would need to be disconnected before rotating or moving your planter.

What took me so long?
I have three Greenstalks, and this summer I purchased one watering system. I wanted to see if it would work for me. Needless to say, it took me two months to finally connect it. Totally worth it, and now I don't have to water each stalk by hand. I'm purchasing two more watering systems because my plants are doing well in zone 8B. (Photo taken at night during evening watering of brassicas).

Perfect watering system!
We now have this watering system set up on all 4 of our greenstalks on a timer! It was easy to set up. Here is a photo of it just after set up but before we buried the water line shown running along the ground.

Inflexible when 180 degree rotations.
Inflexible when 180 degree rotations needed. Always ripping out of clips or perverting position of outflow. Had to but even more equipment to make it practical.

We love these; so do the squirrels!
We have 2 of the watering systems with lids and love them! Living in the Midwest means hot summers. The connivence of these watering systems means our vertical planters can survive long summer days while we're at work we have a timer) . We often keep the lid off to catch the rain showers. When I reattached the lids at the end of summer, the squirrels showed me they missed their "personal" water fountain!
