Overview

Harvesting & foraging bags have been used for centuries by farmers, arborists, foragers, and orchard workers to easily collect and harvest crops. However, you don’t need to be a farmer to utilize this super versatile bag. Three swappable inserts create the best environment for anything you could gather: the foraging mesh keeps delicate mushrooms dry, the canvas sack is perfect for groceries, and the watertight PEVA insert keeps fresh-cut flowers hydrated. 

This foraging bag features convertible straps that allow for a classic crossbody carry or a comfortable hip carry. The drop-out bottom makes quick work of emptying the harvest. Made of weather- and water-resistant waxed canvas and complete with a watertight removable liner, this bag is an essential when foraging and harvesting. 

Waxed canvas is similar to regular canvas but with a few added benefits: it repels water and ages beautifully. Like high-quality leather, the waxed canvas looks and feels better the more you use it! You can expect a beautiful patina to evolve. Waxed canvas is also super tough and easy to wipe off and clean.

Care & Maintenance:

The foraging bag should be cleaned by hand. We recommend brushing off any loose dirt, rinsing the surface with cold water, gently scrubbing with a brush, and then air drying. If stains persist, use mild bar soap or saddle soap. After cleaning, waxed canvas may need to be re-waxed with a wax conditioner. 

Please note, we do not recommend that this bag ever be dry cleaned or machine washed. It should be hand washed only.
