Perfect for a small room. Saves a ton of space, is sturdy and looks great. One note: when installing you have to make sure the folding brackets are not tilted at all, because if they are, the desk won’t fold completely flat to the wall as other reviews have mentioned. If you make sure the brackets are completely straight they will fold all the way in. Would recommend this!

This item is super well made and very comfortable to work upon! I am very happy with it. The wood material feels high quality, smooth to the touch and solid. My only suggestion is that drill holes markers be placed on the back of the board as this can make installing take a bit longer to calculate. Further, customer should be aware that the board does not lay completely flat on the wall when folded down.
