This 6 ft wide x 3 ft deep cedar trash can shed holds up to two large 58-gallon garbage or recycling containers, so your bins stop being the first thing anyone sees when they pull into your driveway.

There are two ways in. The arched lid lifts on stay-put gas shocks and holds itself open, so you can drop a bag straight into the bin from the top without putting anything down. The cedar double doors open at the front across a 66 inch opening, wide enough to roll both cans straight out on collection day.

It is built from Western red cedar, which resists rot on its own. No toxic chemical preservatives are used in its manufacturing, unlike pressure-treated lumber, so it is safe to put next to a vegetable garden, a play area or a back door..

Outside of collection day the Oscar works as ordinary outdoor storage for sporting goods, patio furniture and garden tools.

Assembly:

Basic assembly is required and takes approximately 5 hours with a helper, depending on your skill level. All hardware is included and includes illustrated step-by-step instructions.

This cedar garden shed naturally weathers to a light grey color. We recommend staining or painting the shed. Western red cedar wood accepts a wide range of finishes to help you customize the appearance of shed. Unlike pressure treated lumber, there are no toxic chemical preservatives used in its manufacturing.
