Actually easier to put up than some of the reviews stated. I put it up solo (with the help of a ladder). Do wish I had gotten the shade and will order.

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my wife. I had planned to have a friend, who's a contractor and remodeler, assemble the structure, and I'm very glad I did! It took my friend (who's a whiz at construction stuff) about seven hours to do this, from site preparation to final assembly. (The manual recommends 2 people, which is probably best. At least one of the two needs to be skilled in assembling, reading diagrams and building things! Otherwise, you may need an engineering degree to figure this out. The assembly manual features line drawings and diagrams with a minimum of written instructions.) While I was disappointed that the sides and roof panels are plastic (indeed, they are "polycarbonate", but I was thinking they'd be more rigid and heavy-duty), they do the job and finished product looks great! This is one very well-engineered structure, and kudos to whomever thought this through. My only complaint--the Eartheasy website had advertised an anchoring kit as an accessory for this, so I ordered one, but it turns out that was a clerical error--there is no anchoring kit for this structure. You'd be advised to anchor this to a wooden structure such as a deck or a patio. Ours rests directly on the ground in our back yard, and we've hammered in 9" x 1/2" bolts through the wall footings to help anchor it into the ground, but I'd really sleep better if Eartheasy devised an effective, cabled ground-anchor system for greenhouses that are not affixed to a deck or masonry…

i love it. it is so attractive in fact i might put a chandelier in it it would be beautiful at night. my husbands say no but then i usually get what i want. they put it up in one day but it did take 2 people it seems to be pretty strong and sturdy i feel it was reasonably priced. I am very happy with it so far.
