Most items ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversized item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to reduce shipping costs and save you money. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination. Eartheasy can ship to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 US States, but unfortunately oversized products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and have your heart set on an oversized item, give us a call and we’ll try our best to help you with a freight quote. Unfortunately we do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we are working on making these options available soon.

Canada:
Please check product pages to see whether your product is eligible for shipping to Canada, as unfortunately there are some products we cannot ship across the border. Canadian orders ship weekly on Thursdays via Purolator International and shipping costs include duties and taxes. Unfortunately, expedited shipping to Canada is not available at this time.

International:
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, including Mexico or freight forwarders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Processing Time & Shipping Charges:
The "Lead Time" on a product specifies the number of business days for your item to be prepared by our warehouse. The Lead Time does not include the date the order is placed. The 6204 Fiberglass 4ft Step Ladder is ideal for any professional. With a duty rating of 300 lbs, it features a LOCKTOP which provides maximum storage capacity for most frequently used tools and components. The LOCKTOP features an impact driver slot to safely hold the #1 most used tool by professionals today. The steel plate on the side helps expand it's storage by allowing the use of magnetic accessories, such as lights and laser levels. Three anchor points allow for tools to be tethered to the top to prevent injuries and damages below from falling tools.

The patented Lock-in system works with a full line of accessories which extends the usable space on the top. Fiberglass rails are non-conductive for working near electricity. The steps are fully braced and the back of the ladder has a full set of rear horizontals which provides durability and stability. The EDGE bracing system helps protect the rails from damage.
