Most items ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversized item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to reduce shipping costs and save you money. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination. Eartheasy can ship to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 US States, but unfortunately oversized products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and have your heart set on an oversized item, give us a call and we’ll try our best to help you with a freight quote. Unfortunately we do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we are working on making these options available soon.

Canada:
Please check product pages to see whether your product is eligible for shipping to Canada, as unfortunately there are some products we cannot ship across the border. Canadian orders ship weekly on Thursdays via Purolator International and shipping costs include duties and taxes. Unfortunately, expedited shipping to Canada is not available at this time.

International:
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, including Mexico or freight forwarders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Processing Time & Shipping Charges:
The "Lead Time" on a product specifies the number of business days for your item to be prepared by our warehouse. The Lead Time does not include the date the order is placed. This also applies for all shipping methods, including express methods. If your item is shipping freight, you will receive a call to schedule the delivery with your driver. Wool pellets improve and enhance the health of your soil over time. They slowly break down in your garden beds to release nutrients back into the soil. These pellets are 100% USA grown sheep's wool and a fully organic material. 

Gardeners use wool as an effective natural slug deterrent. Once the wool gets wet, it forms a mat-like barrier, protecting vulnerable plants from damage by slugs and snails. The wool fibers irritate the foot of the slug forcing them away from the protected area.

Wool pellets hold 20% of their weight in water, helping to reduce the amount of times you need to water.
