Shipping & Rates

To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field.

Eartheasy ships to residential and commercial addresses in the lower 48 US States, and some products ship to Canada (see Canadian Orders below). If you have your heart set on a product and live in Alaska or Hawaii, let us know and we’ll try our best to help you with a shipping quote. 

We do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we’re working on finding a solution for this. We do not ship overseas, or to Mexico.

Shipping Methods & Times

Fedex and USPS are our primary shippers but we may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. If you have ordered an oversize item it may ship freight. If that is the case, your driver will phone to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment has arrived at a local facility. If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • UPS SurePost (3-7 Bus. Days)
  • Fedex / UPS Ground (3-5 Bus. Days)
  • UPS 2 Day (2 Bus. Days + 1 day for pick up) 
  • Fedex Freight (5-10 Bus. Days)

Note: FedEx 2 Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays). Most large items cannot be shipped via Fed Ex 2-Day service.

Heavy, oversized items don't ship FedEx Freight to Nantucket, MA or other islands located within the USA. We're happy to ship the unit to the closest shipping terminal, where you can arrange pick up/delivery from there. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Most items ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversize item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to save on shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, please click here to log into your Eartheasy Account. Your username is the email address you entered during checkout. Your automatically generated password will have been emailed to that same address. When we load your tracking information, we give you the master tracking number. You should be able to see all of the individual tracking numbers in your shipment on the courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and will arrive on different days.

It's imperative that you monitor your tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost shipments.

Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, and you have not received it, please email us at service@eartheasy.com with your order number. We will contact the shipper to find a resolution. Please note, we cannot replace or refund stolen/lost orders unless we receive a resolution from the shipping company. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Canadian Orders

Only certain products ship to Canada. Add the product to your cart and enter your postal code in the Shipping Estimator box to determine ship cost. If it doesn’t generate a price, please email us your address and desired products and we will get you a custom quote. Whenever possible, we ship USPS/Canada Post to Canada to help you avoid additional charges. However, you may need to pay provincial sales tax upon delivery, and if you choose to ship with FedEx/UPS there may be a customs charge which we are not liable for. Usually products shipped via USPS/Canada Post do not incur customs charges. As our warehouse is in Milwaukee, delivery can take 7 business days or longer.

About our Packaging

At Eartheasy we do everything we can to ship your order in the most environmentally responsible way possible while ensuring your items arrive safely. Your package may contain some combination of the following. As a leader in the environmental industry, we believe they are positive solutions to the challenge of eco-conscious shipping.

Corrugate - 30% recycled, 100% recyclable
Most boxes we use contain up to 30% post-consumer recycled materials, the maximum that still makes for a sturdy shipping box, ensuring your products arrive in tip-top condition. These boxes are 100% recyclable; place them in your curbside recycle bin.

Reused boxes - 100% reclaimed, 100% recyclable
One of our principles is "Ugly boxes save trees." Rather than using a new box for every shipment, we reuse as many boxes as we can to help lessen the impact of waste in our landfills. Please recycle our ugly boxes, too!

"Peanuts" - 100% natural, 100% biodegradable
If the peanuts you receive are off-white, they are made from a potato/wheat starch mixture. They are 100% biodegradable and water soluble, and they won't pollute groundwater. These off-white peanuts can be safely added to your composter, disposed of in your garbage disposal, flushed down a toilet or drain, dissolved in the yard with a hose or reused for your own shipping needs. These peanuts are not made using consumable food product. They utilize the waste material generated from processing such food stocks as corn and potato.

If you receive bright white peanuts, these are likely reused peanuts we’ve received from our supplier and rather than toss them out, we’ve reused them for your package. Save them for when you need to ship something, or dispose of them in your garbage.

Newsprint – recycled content varies, 100% recyclable
Newsprint can be recycled with your regular newspapers.

Bubble wrap
Bubble wrap, which is being phased out, and padded envelopes are used sparingly. Their lightweight nature results in a small savings in fuel, which means lower carbon emissions.
