Overview

This Premium Shower Filtration System will remove chlorine and the odor of hydrogen sulfide form your water without reducing your water flow! This will help improve your hair and skin within one week as naturally softens your water. 

Chlorine is used as an additive to water to kill harmful micro-organisms. However, it will also target beneficial bacteria and natural oils which dry out the skin and hair. Chlorine vaporizes with hot water and can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin with harmful side effects over time. 

The Premium Shower Filtration System houses 16oz of bacteriostatic KDF-55 and 2oz of crystal quartz. KDF possesses strong material which inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungus, algae and mildew. Together, they remove chlorine and the odor of hydrogen sulfide, reduce heavy metals and naturally softens water. You can start to notice results in as little as one week!

Installation and Operation

1. Unscrew and remove the existing shower head from the shower arm (1/2 in. pipe)
2. To minimize drips, wrap the included teflon tape around the shower arm and the filter 
3. Screw the Premium Shower Filter onto the shower arm and screw the shower head onto the Shower Filter
4. Hand tighten only! Over-tightening can crack the filter housing
5. The Premium Shower Filter is now ready for use. Simply turn on the water as usual
6. The first time the Shower Filter is used, or after replacing the cartridge, the water may take a minute or so to start flowing
7. Whenever the Premium Shower Filter is opened to replace the cartridge, the o-rings that keep the filter from leaking should be properly seated in their channels, and rubbed with jelly to keep them supple

The Premium Shower Filter housing is warranted for 1 year from date of purchase for defects or cracks. The filter cartridge is warranted for one year from any manufacturing malfunction.
