Each Grove Mask filter lasts up to 72 hours of continued use. Once you have reached 72 hours of use, please replace the filter with another that is included within your Grove Mask packaging. We suggest that you store your replacement filters in a ziploc bag when they are not in use to improve filter life.
2. How many filters does each Grove Mask include?
Each Grove Mask comes with 7x filters that filter out at least 99% of all airborne contaminants like germs, smoke, pollution, allergens, etc.
3. Can you wash Grove Mask?
You can wash the shell of Grove Mask, but not the filter itself. Please remove the filter from your mask before gently hand washing the shell with warm water.
4. The filters say PM2.5, but you claim the filters can remove 99%+ of airborne particulates. What is true?
Our filters have been tested by Nelson Laboratory to remove 99%+ of airborne particulates. Please see test reports here.
5. My Grove Mask came with less than 7 filters!
Each Grove Mask should arrive sealed with 1 cloth mask shell and 7 replacement filters. The filters are very thin and can get stuck together, giving the appearance that there is less than 7 replacement filters. Please check to see if they are stuck together. If you did get your Grove Mask with less than 7 filters after checking, please contact customer support.
