Most items ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversized item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to reduce shipping costs and save you money. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination. Eartheasy can ship to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 US States, but unfortunately oversized products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and have your heart set on an oversized item, give us a call and we’ll try our best to help you with a freight quote. Unfortunately we do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we are working on making these options available soon.

Canada:
Please check product pages to see whether your product is eligible for shipping to Canada, as unfortunately there are some products we cannot ship across the border. Canadian orders ship weekly on Thursdays via Purolator International and shipping costs include duties and taxes. Unfortunately, expedited shipping to Canada is not available at this time.

International:
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, including Mexico or freight forwarders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Processing Time & Shipping Charges:
The "Lead Time" on a product specifies the number of business days for your item to be prepared by our warehouse. The Lead Time does not include the date the order is placed. This also applies for all shipping methods, including express methods. If your item is shipping freight, you will receive a call to schedule the delivery with your driver. If your shopping cart has multiple items, a shipping charge may apply even if some items are listed as "Free Shipping", as charges apply to items rather than total cart quantities.

Our Cloth Face Mask utilizes KF94 grade filters, which is the Korean equivalent to N95 Mask technology. With
a 4 layer filter, this face mask will filter 94% of all airborne particulates like dust, allergy, smoke and

Each air filter mask includes an integrated nose piece which helps create an airtight seal around all
edges while also being comfortable enough for all day use. Available in 3 sizes – X-Large, Large and
Medium.

Long Lasting Protection

Unlike disposable surgical masks, our mask is effective for up to 30 days of continuous use. Not only
is our Cloth Face Mask reusable for up to 1 month, but it’s also designed to be fashionable and
sleek.

Anti-Fog Design

If you wear glasses and are concerned about the mask fogging up your vision, don’t worry! Our air filter face mask was designed to accommodate all face shapes and sizes, including eye glass wearers. The breathable fabric allows air to escape easily, which minimizes any fogging that could occur while wearing glasses.

Using Your Cloth Face Mask:

Take your mask out of the packaging and make sure your mask is right side up with the nose wire facing upwards. Put the ear loops over your ears and the mask over your face. The logo should be on the left side of your face when fitted. Mold or pinch the nose wire to the shape of your nose, which ensures an airtight seal for effective protection.

The 5-layer K94 filter is integrated directly into the mask and will last the user up to 30 days of continued used. 

2. Where can I get replacement filters?

Our Cloth Face Mask filters are not replaceable as they are sewn directly into the fabric of the mask. You can use each mask up to 30 days. 

3. Can I wash my Mask?
