    • What is the diameter/width of the face of this bulb? I need to know if it will fit in a bell-shaped hood in a down-light fixture. All dimensions would help... Thanks!

    • I assume they are to be used in track lighting, say on a stage. We want excellent lighting but also cooler lighting. Track lighting with 20 some bulbs gives off an extreme amount of heat with incandesant lights. Hopefully these types of bulbs would give better lighting, be cooler and cheaper cost to use in the long run, correct? I guess we are asking if we should also be able to tell a difference heat wise with them even though we would have many bulbs on?
    • You will notice a significant difference in the amount of heat given off. I have 6x LED track lights on a rack and can touch them with my bare hands even though they've been turned on for some time.
