These composite timbers are made of a specially developed combination of recycled plastic and wood flour. They won't rot, splinter, or crack from extreme heat or cold. Each timber board is a standard 2 x 6" size and 44.5" long which creates a 4 foot span from joint to joint. Color is brown, with a subtle wood grain. The end slides into the Anchor Joint (or the Stacker Joint for each higher level), and is screwed in place. Screws come with the joints, not the timbers. The timbers go a slightly lighter shade with age because of the wood fiber content. .

- Do these curved timbers have any flexibility to them? Can I increase the curve by bending them slightly?
- The Wood Grain Curved Composite Timber have a two stiffeners which run through the core of the timber. These make the board quite rigid. I do not think you can increase the curve beyond a very small amount.

- what is the degree of arc on these curved timbers? If you attached a bunch of them together, how many would it take to make a circle? and what would the diameter of the circle be?
- It would take 8 of the curved timbers to make a circle with a diameter of 10.5'.
