Scent:
Herbal Armor Insect Repellent has a light geranium scent with a little citronella mixed in and does a great job repelling bugs - not humans.
Application
Shake well. Apply evenly to exposed skin every 2 to 3 hours. For application to face, apply to hands and wipe on face avoiding contact with eyes and mouth. Herbal Armor™ pump spray may also be applied to fabric.
As with any product that contains essential oils, use common sense. Should a rash should occur, stop using it. But, most should have no problem with the product-including children. Due to the concentration of essential oils, we don’t recommend using it on children under the age of 1.
As with any concentrated product, keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact in or around eyes or mouth. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

- What kind of expiration date does this product have?
Have you had responses from people using this product outside of the US and Canada? - The expiration date for All Terrain Herbal Armor insect repellent is set at 3 years. Herbal Armor sold this summer has an expiration date of June 2013. The expiration date is considered a "best used before" date.
We have not had responses from people outside of the US and Canada because we do not sell outside of these two countries.
We are sceptical of any product that claims to repel insects, especially nontoxic repellents, and so we tested Herbal Armor ourselves. Our back deck attracts insects because the wind is blocked, and they are a real nuisance. The people who used Herbal Armor were protected from mosquitoes, deer flies and horse flies.
