Is it safe to use
my credit card?
It is completely safe. Credit card
payments are processed through Paypal, the world’s
largest online payment broker. They manage credit
card payments for millions of websites, including
Eartheasy. No one sees your credit card number
except Paypal, which uses it only once to charge
the order to. Your number is not stored for future
use by anyone.
What are my shipping
options?
We offer Ground Shipping via UPS,
FedEx, or USPS. We select the best method depending
on the contents of your particular order. In general, most smaller items ship via Fedex Ground, or Fedex 2-Day. You can choose between these two methods after your enter your customer information during the checkout process. We select the most appropriate shipping method for some of the larger items, and ship them via UPS or freight forwarders. If you
need a product rushed, email us and we will quote
you a shipping price.
How long will it
take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within
3 - 5 days of receipt. Shipping times are usually
about one week. It’s important to read the
product description, as some products are handmade
or backordered, and may take a bit longer to ship.
As well, some products are shipped from different
locations, so your order may not arrive all at
once.
How do I return
an item?
Simply
email us your problem, ship the product back to
the address on the package return label, and we’ll
refund your money. Manufacturer’s guarantees
vary depending on the product, but regardless,
if you are unhappy with the product, email us
and we’ll refund your money up to six months
after you purchased it.
How do I check
the status of my order?
Tracking for each order is automatically emailed to you. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or Junk-mail inbox as they occasionally end up there. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to call us and we'll be happy to check for you.
Extra charges for Canadian orders
Orders that ship to Canada may be subject to federal and/or provincial sales tax. Fedex may also charge a brokerage fee that varies with the value of the shipment. If you live in Canada and are considering ordering from Eartheasy, email us at info@eartheasy.com and we will check if extra fees will be assessed.
Additional Note:
Certain hybrid debit/credit cards may charge the cardholder additional fees, therefore we recommend people do not use debit/credit cards for their purchase. Use a standard Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card to avoid any additional card fees.
