These are the folks that have been manufacturing hand push reel mowers for over 113 years. This mower is powerful, but slightly smaller and lighter to push for today’s small yards.

The Earthwise 18-Inch is a great mower for smaller lawns. It has both a side discharge and mulching chamber but no grass-catcher. This means if you like to cut your lawn weekly and leave the clippings to fertilize the lawn, this is a good option. If you mow every few weeks, and don’t mind raking the clippings, it might still be a good option for you due to the lower price.

If you want to finely grind up your grass, just walk the electrical mower along slowly and give it time to chew up tough stalks. As the pieces get small enough, they will settle out of the main cutting chamber. If you don't have time for mulching, just set a faster pace and grass clippings will start to come out of the side discharge.

The Earthwise 18-Inch lawnmower has a lever to set the grass cutting height. The single lever height control allows you to cut your grass as short as 1.75 inches tall, or as long as 3.75 inches. The EasyRoll wheels are 7 inches in diameter, with ball bearings for great durability.

The Earthwise 18-inch lawnmower has a well designed Comfort V handle with a cushion grip. It is easy on the hands, and it folds down for more compact storage. The handle-mounted safety blade control and safety key allows you to stop the blade immediately if needed.

Unlike gas power mowers, this cordless mower is easy to start. Just push a button and start mowing. It's so quiet that you can carry your cordless phone while you're mowing and actually hear it ring.
