Rustic Cedar Potting Bench

This cedar potting bench adds sophistication and style to any garden. Made of top-quality western red cedar, this potting bench is designed to be beautiful and functional.

The top is slatted to allow water and dirt to fall through, and is large enough to fit a big tray of starters and your tools. The bottom shelf is also slatted, and has a removable soil box on the right hand side. This box can tilt forward when you're scooping dirt from it, and can tilt back under cover when you're not using it. Put your bag of potting mix right in it, then open the top of the bag and scoop directly from the bag. The box will prevent the bag from falling over and spilling.

All parts of the Rustic Cedar Potting Bench are sanded very smooth so you won't get splinters. It doesn't require any maintenance, and will naturally weather to a light grey color. If you prefer, it can also easily be stained or painted. Unlike other woods, it will not shrink or warp, and there are no dangerous chemical preservatives used in its manufacture. You can leave it in the rain and sun, and it will be just fine.
