Product Description
Anyone who's made a raised garden bed by hand knows how hard it can be to keep the ends of the boards from coming loose over time. These attractive brackets hold the ends of the boards securely together, and the stake keeps the corners securely anchored in the ground. The corner brackets can fit two finished 2"x6" boards (actual measurements 1.5"x5.5"), to a height of 11" tall.
If you're planning a long bed, the included middle brackets will help prevent it from bowing out in the middle. They hook over the top, are screwed into the sides, and the stake is driven into the ground.
The screws are stainless steel, and the brackets are rust proof powder coated steel.
This kit makes it easy to build a long-lasting garden bed ' all you do is add the lumber!

Great When Using Recycled Lumber

Bought theses first, then found some recycled boards to use with them. Raised bed is on its second season, holding up well.

clear rocks before banging them in the ground

The corner brackets went together as expected, with no problems. But we learned not to drive them into the ground with a hammer because the stake end will bend if it hits a big enough rock. Better to put a shovel into the ground first to see if it's clear of rocks.
The finished bed looks real good.
