The Sawyer Complete 2 L Water Filtration System allows you to filter up to 2 L in just 90 seconds with no pumping.
The kit includes a grey bag for unfiltered water, and a blue bag for filtered water. It’s easy to use: just fill the gray bag, connect it to the blue bag, elevate and wait! The filter and tube are color coded so there’s no worry about reversing the system. The filter is cleanable so it can be maintained easily and regularly, even in the field. The whole system weighs only 12 ounces.
The Sawyer system uses biological filtration, which removes 99.99% of all bacteria including salmonella, cholera and E. coli and all protozoa including giardia and cryptosporidium. The filtration system will remove turbidity and harmful biological contaminants, but will not remove dissolved solids including chemicals and heavy metals.
