The four sizes are all the same diameter (10" inside diameter) but they vary in depth. The 4qt is 4" deep (without lid), the 6qt is 5.5" deep, the 8qt is 7" deep and the 10qt is 8.5" deep. The cooker pictured above left is the 8qt model.

The pressure cooker is constructed of recycled, high-gauge stainless steel with an encapsulated aluminum bottom. This means that the outside of the cooker is coated in stainless steel with an aluminum core, which guarantees even heat distribution without your food ever coming in contact with aluminum.

- I'll mostly be cooking for just two people. What size should I get - 4, 6 or 8 quart?
- All of the pressure cooker/canner in this set (4,6,8,10 qt) are 10" diameter. They vary by depth.
The 4qt cooker, with the lid off, is 4" deep. The max fill line is 1 1/2" down from the top.
The 6qt cooker, with the lid off, is 5 1/2" deep.The max fill line is 1 3/4" down from the top.
The 8qt cooker, with the lid off, is 7" deep.The max fill line is 2" down from the top.

Also will either 10 quart model hold canning jars larger than a half pint and if so how large ? - The Futuro is made in Spain whereas the Duo is made in China.
The Futuro comes with a larger more comprehensive cookbook.
