- I want to replace T-10 tubular bulbs in a hanging light fixture that hangs from a very high (16 ft) ceiling. Each bulb needs to be inserted into a deep glass lantern-like tube. So the bulb can't be very wide. My present bulbs are 60 watts. How wide is the PAR 30 flood Reflector LED and how wide is the PAR 20 LED at their widest?
  
  Do you have other long-lasting bulbs to replace my present T-10 bulbs. The T-10s seem to burn out very quickly, and it is a great pain and danger to change bulbs at that height. The T-10 bulbs I presently use also tend to break at the base when we try to unscrew them. Do you have anything better?
- The PAR 20 has a 2.5" diameter at the widest.
  The PAR 30 has a 3.75" diameter at the widest.
  The FEIT A19 is a great bulb with a 2.75" diameter.
  
  Here is a link to a site with tube style bulbs embedded with LEDs. This casts light outwards which may not give the downward light you want. I suggest you email this site and see what they recommend before making a final choice.

- Can these bulbs be use in an enclosed housing in a damp location such as a shower in a recessed IC airtight housing with a glass shower trim over it?

- This particular bulb is typically used in dry locations, though it is does have a damp rating. However, it is not intended to be fully enclosed.

- Can you use a regular dimmer switch with these bulbs? I have incandescent bulbs in the fixture now and they are getting too hot. I'd like to switch to these bulbs, but don't want to change my dimmer.
