Good article. Of course it is important to use sunscreen, but I think it is not the best idea to laying down the beach all day long.

For me washing my face daily is the key way to remove dirt and grime, and often ensures clear skin or you can use those topical vitamins, copper peptide, UV Blocker umbrellas as long you can cover your and stuffs like that.

I agree that using sunscreen is important in exceptionally sunny climates, but one should not forget that the skin needs certain amounts of sun exposure in order to foster Vitamin D production. Vitamin D is absolutely essential for our body!

Great article! It is important to note that everyone, no matter what their skin tone, eye color or hair color is, should wear sunscreen. Although some people are not as susceptible to the suns damage as others, all people are subject to ultra violet rays and should be protected by wearing sunscreen.

Sunscreen is definitely one of the best inventions that is overlooked by society. I only wished I was easier to apply, less gross / oily and last longer like 18 hours for example.

This article is great at raising awareness for sunscreen use. I have red hair and pale skin and I always ensure I wear sunscreen and hats to protect myself. It makes me wince seeing so many people ‘cook’ themselves in the sun!

Also, people think sun block and sunscreen are the same thing, but they are not. Sun blocks create a physical barrier, sunscreens are absorbed into your skin. Great post, thanks for sharing!

OMG, thanks for the hint. All sun blockers I wa using have retinyl palminate. I throw all of the them to the trash can
