Such an awesome principle. If these would be only followed by our leaders, surely no one will complain. But in the end, it is a matter of cooperation. Leaders could not possibly do all of those things if we ourselves could not be able to follow them.

This truly happens in our society now. You can’t just sit and watch for change but it is needed that you must participate in the good things to happen.It will start in the inner self change.How can you change those chaos,drug addiction problem,Crimes if you can’t discipline yourself.

Having started up my own business around 6 months ago, I was looking for a blog post or some commentary on leadership and stumbled across your site.
That was an excellent read and has given me a lot of food for thought. The 10 grassroot leadership principles are excellent and I have now got them bookmarked to come back and read as often as possible.
