We had a food drive in my chiropractic office in December and this issue was something that I wondered about. We had one patient who gave us all his cans because he was only buying jars or proper plastic. While I understand what he was doing and in some cases, food is food, I also thought that we need to consider the safety of the homeless or needy to whom we’re donating. Hopefully, as time goes on, it will be easier to find food that’s bpa-free for us and the people who can’t fend for themselves.

yikes, that is scary information! But definitely good to know and keep in mind when going shopping. Although it can be a pain to read labels and source BPA-free stuff, you get used to it and it is worth your health and sanity in the end. Thanks for the info.
