In showers, take a Navy Shower…..turn on water and get wet…..turn off water lather up, wash…..turn on water get soap off…..turn off water. Maybe use maximum of 3 to 4 gallons.

Showers are the biggest water guzzlers and might take up to 20 to 30 liters in a single session….In a country like India where there is a water shortage problem following these tips and spreading awareness about this will go a long way in the saving water….

These are great tips. I had never heard of painting your grass before. It makes so much more sense then having to wait all that water to grow grass that isn't even supposed to be in our environment.

Nice article and great tips. The fourth item in the list can really become a huge water saver and I have to admit that a lot of people simply do not pay attention to this and leave the pools open all the time. Will go to cover mine now
