OMG, I am an addict and I know it after reading this, I must avoid junk foods, but I am worried how am I going to do that.

Junk food and drugs causing the same response in the brain is very interesting to me. I suppose addiction is addiction no matter how you look at it, but how quickly you become attached to junk food specifically is what blows my mind.

Wow, very very interesting!!! We have two pet rats – they go crazy if you offer them something different. Mind you, they don't get junk food – but a small piece of cheese – bread – cheerios – they DO love food. Very interesting experiment!
